Management needs to be deployed top-down, but receive it’s input bottom up!

Management systems are the ways in which the business processes are managed at all levels of the organisation. As such, Management Systems are primarily focused on how the organisation functions, rather than the personal characteristics, or behavioural aspects of the people concerned.
